Mawson's Restorations is a Brisbane workshop run by Damian Mawson, 40 years in solid timber, period furniture. We work with interior designers, cabinet makers and upholsterers and accept inquiries from the general public as well.
What We Do
Smaller jobs, straight to us. Repairs, repaints and French polishing, direct. A scratched tabletop, a chair that won't sit straight, a dresser that needs bringing back. Send a photo and what you need, and Geraldine will sort a quote.
Bigger projects, through our partners. Full restorations and larger fit-out work run best through the designers and makers we partner with. They manage the project and bring us in for the restoration. See below for a list of Partners.
