If you would like a quote, please fill out our form on the Quotes page or call Geraldine on 0413 188 352 during business hours. High-quality service is very important to us, Geraldine will guide you through our process.

Once we have received photos of your furniture via email, Geraldine will send you an itemised Appraisal with a cover letter explaining the service lead time and turnaround time.

On acceptance, your request is placed in our job schedule. Once we are ready to commence, Geraldine will contact you to arrange pick up (or delivery by you, if preferred). As your restoration progresses through the workshop, we email progress reports including photos of completed stages of work.

 We work closely with our clients, to ensure you are getting the product you want. You are welcome to view your items once they are ready for polishing, we can provide on-the-spot colour samples to ensure that you get exactly what you want. Once the job is complete, Geraldine will email the completed photos and arrange delivery. Upon delivery, Damian will place the furniture and discuss care instructions with you.
